Join My New Email List!

Hello, welcome back!

I am starting a brand new email list.

If you sign up, you'll get a notification email when I have a new book out, straight to your inbox, no need to search through socials.

A bit more info:

Why am I making this list?

Well, with social media algorithms being somewhat unpredictable, it makes sense to build my own email list as an author. That way, if you want to keep track of my new releases, you know you'll be getting an email notification straight to your inbox without having to trawl through socials to find an update or a buy link.

Please note, this email list isn't for ARCs or street team updates, this is purely for a quick ping about my new releases or major updates.

Being on this list means you'll get one to two emails per new release. E.g. pre orders open/release date set, and the book buy link.

If there's a major schedule update, I might send an email about that, but I hope to keep updates to a minimum overall (because I hate sending emails, lol).

The email notifications will start in 2027, when I will hopefully publish my next books.

If you sign up to this email list, you'll get a confirmation email within 48 hours, then nothing until 2027 😂

What's my schedule for 2027? Well with any luck it'll look like this:

The Specimen sequel, PRISM Agents #2, title to be announced.

And a standalone Sci-Fi Solarpunk adventure, working title Yaoi Cats, actual title to be announced.

Thank you for your interest in my books, and if you want to be notified of my newest releases, please ⬇️

Old School Spy Meets New School Gadgets

Image
Spycraft and Technology AKA when an old school spy (that's Arthur, the blond on the right) has to work with a new school spy (that's Harun, bottom left). By the way, this gorgeous book cover was drawn by artist Elizabeth Barrette . This is my first 'book details' post on my new blog! The purpose being to share fun little details from my books that I particularly enjoyed. I wrote my spy novella, Jingle Jingle Kill , in 2025, in the middle of summer, but after having had the initial idea the Christmas prior. That idea being, what if holiday jingles (those annoying pop tunes we hear on the radio) were a trigger for deadly sleeper agents? What then? So, I came up with a plot for that, and the plot involves my MC's doing some spycraft. Arthur Romeo, blond, British, gentleman spy, currently age 49 and as old skool as they come, has to reunite with his former partner and old flame, Harun, age 45, a spy from 'the other side' that flipped sides. Both men are young ...

ATBOD Humour

Image
ATBOD Humour I know regular readers may be used to my brand of dry British humour by now, with my current three books that have a lot of banter and shenanigans... But upcoming new book baby ATBOD is set in Medieval Era, and you'd be correct in assuming it is a different tone and pace altogether. While our hero, Murad, is a no nonsense, straightforward type, he does make the occasional dry observation or remark, especially when the other characters lark about. For me personally, I love a slightly grumpy hero! Like Batman, right? Kind of like that. Someone very competent and focused on completing the task at hand, and isn't interested in joking around.  There's also a great deal of comedy to be had with a straightforward character who unwittingly stumbles into social dilemmas, because no matter how competent or skilled or analytical a character is, social dilemmas are another battle entirely, a battle that can be relatable and humorous, because who hasn't found themselves...
